The Marketing Analytics Specialist acts as a key leader with advanced analytical skills with such tools as SPSS, Tableau and R for working within large data sets (corporate data, market research, marketing analytics, drug development databases and Excel etc.) to efficiently develop key strategy metrics and report critical data trends. •Develop and maintain scorecards, reporting and tracking •Own/provide leadership on critical data trends and tracking analysis tools •Proactively monitor data resources to help initiate ongoing marketing initiatives •Provide leadership driven insights that will proactively identify and develop recommendations for analysis and reporting best practices. •Ability to set priorities and progress multiple projects concurrently •Ability to work independently and demonstrate thought leadership •Demonstrated Initiative, detail-oriented and highly organized •Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
-Bachelors degree required -Advanced degree preferred -Professional certification in advanced analytical fields or respective tools preferred
•At least 7 years’ experience in data/marketing analytics/market research •Expert/Advanced experience with analytical tools, not just Excel, ie; SPSS, R, Tableau or other similar tools •Excellent written and oral skills. •Knowledge of the drug development process and/or marketplace is also a preference
