In this role, you will work directly with the Global PMO, project teams and business leaders to provide a range of support and activities across the Project Life Cycle for Early Development Chemistry Solutions as you:

  • Design, publish and distribute business performance analytics through collaboration with the appropriate functional leads
  • Design analytics that present actionable and meaningful data around departments, clients & projects to promote action and accountability at all levels
  • Provide support and guidance to all relevant stakeholders in both internal business system and financial processes in order to support cross-functional project teams 
  • Forecast and recognize revenue for ED Chemistry Solutions in conjunction with the rest of the Chemistry Analytics team

This position is located out of our Chantilly, Virginia office. Relocation assistance is available.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Expertise in the mining and analysis of multiple data sets
  • Demonstrated ability in navigating complex business and financial systems
  • Experience in project management and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities under pressure
  • An eagerness to learn, gain new knowledge and progress alongside a driven and enthusiastic outlook
  • Skills in managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness

Education/Qualifications
