We are seeking a Sr. Feasibility Manager (Analyst) to join our team. Remote based is an option. This role will support strategy development for clinical trials through the  development, analysis and preparation/presentation of internal and external data.



  • Conducts data mining of internal and external databases for use in development of robust strategies for clinical trials (country/site mix, site selection, enrollment modeling).
  • Actively participates on cross-functional teams that plan, analyze, and present proposals and bid defenses as part of winning new business and maintaining client base.
  • Serves as a champion for select data sources; creates best practices for using those sources and develops standardized outputs for internal and external delivery.
  • Participate in comprehensive feasibility assessments.
  • Develops, updates, and provides input for standard operating procedures and work flow processes involving feasibility and site selection.
  • Participates in intra and inter-departmental meetings, presenting information on feasibility offerings, demonstrating continued value-add of the department and providing training on best practices, processes and tools.
  • Leads feasibility and site selection work streams as needed.
  • Develops networking abilities and has an ability/willingness to work with individuals across the globe.
  • Up to 10% domestic/international travel.


  • Bachelor of Science is required in a Science required.
  • MS or MBA is highly desirable.


  • 6 years Experience in an analytical role mining, manipulating and presenting complex scientific data as it relates to clinical research and market analyses for potential clinical trials.
  • Project Leadership and strategy development experience.
  • Experience with Excel, Enterprise Data Management systems & Business Intelligence Analytics systems (ie Tableau) helpful.
  • Experience with data associated to specific therapeutic areas highly desired.
