In this position, you will be responsible for growing and developing a Study Management team composed of Global Study Managers, Study Design Leads, and Portfolio Managers as you:

 

  • Ensure the team and department deliver on client commitments in accordance with World Class Project Management and Service Excellence
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans ensuring while balance within the team
  • Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of Study Management goals and ensure the seamless integration of services
  • Proactively consult with clients to understand their goals and expectations and tailor processes and approach to best meet their needs
  • Instill and manage a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity

 

This role is based out of our Indianapolis, IN facility. Relocation assistance is available.

What we’re looking for 

 

The qualifications of an ideal candidate include:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science or a related field, with at least 3 years of management experience or a combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience working in the CRO/Pharma industry highly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team building, change management, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others with impact
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of initiative
  • Outstanding experience with client satisfaction and problem solving solutions

Education/Qualifications
