We have a job opening for a Quality Control Liaison at our Daytona Beach, FL facility!

 

The Quality Control Liaison will act as an expert on broad based routine (day-to-day) and provide guidance to teams for GCP and SOP compliance issues.

 

Responsibilities associates with this position:

 

Have the ability to read and understand study protocols and organize study events according to the protocol and Covance SOP’s

Coordinate and participate in regulatory inspections when requested

Interpret GCPs, applicable GLPs, and cGMPs and associated regulatory documents to facilitate auditing and process improvement recommendations

Develop a schedule to measure the completion and effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions

Ability to present in small group training

Recommends modifications in procedures to fit special needs or problems and involves supervisor when assistance in process improvement/resolution is necessary

Education/Qualifications

 

  • Relevant Science Degree (eg Biochemistry, Pharmacology) or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • CPR and AED certification

 

Experience

 

  • Working knowledge of computers and programs (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Requires unquestionable customer service skills and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
  • Typically 2-3 years of applicable experience
