    Covance has a job opening for an Administrative Coordinator at its Princeton, NJ location!

    This role will provide administrative support to several Managers of Clinical Operations (e.g., exporting monthly reports, updating of staff / departmental information, org chart maintenance, communication of training compliance and arrange meetings, ad-hoc requests, etc.)

    Additional responsibilities associated with this role: 

    • Liaison for onboarding of new staff and liaison with off-boarding process
    • Assist and update departmental internal processes
    • Train and mentor administrative staff
    • Assist in identifying and implementing best practices across clinical operations
    • Act as liaison between staff by providing feedback on performance and training/mentoring needs
    • As applicable, act as liaison with Administrative/Office Services, coordinating aspects of internal moves (office/workstation assignments)
    • As applicable, coordinate and support internal and client meetings, interviews, etc., including the arrangement of meeting materials, catering and travel arrangements, as requested
    • As applicable, assist with audit requests with management oversight
    • Interact with internal and external clients, senior management and other management, as necessary
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

    • Diploma – secondary education or equivalent


    • Minimum of four (4) years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
    • Works effectively and efficiently in a matrix environment
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Aptitude for handling numerical data
    • Ability to operate standard office equipment
    • Computer literacy (word processing and spreadsheet software)
