    As a manager within the Informatics team, you will contribute to data warehouse design, ETL design and development, and lead developers and support teams for the innovative analyses provided by Xcellerate® using enterprise ETL architectures and innovative algorithms.

    Education: Minimum Required: BS in life sciences, computer science, information systems, or related discipline.

    MS preferred.



    • Design, develop, and review data architectures, information flows, and ETL code that support diverse data analyses in clinical data services
    • Manage the ETL and BI development and delivery for the project portfolio of data warehouse and analysis needs across clinical data services
    • Manage time allocation of development team and budget allocations across the project portfolio
    • Develop and maintain partnership with matrix project teams
    • Lead the design, development, and testing efforts of the development teams
    • Provide mentoring and supervision to development and support teams
    • Collaborate with diverse product team stakeholders to prioritize support issues by the onsite and offshore support team
    • Leverage your technical expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to assure development of industry-leading solutions


    • Minimum 7-10 years of data warehousing and data integration experience in complex business environments with 2-5 years of proven ETL design experience
    • Strong experience in logical and physical data modeling in SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS systems
    • Design and development experience with Informatica, BODS, or similar ETL software
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills




    • Relevant experience in the pharma or CRO industry a plus.
    • Experience with integrating clinical trial data is preferred.
    • Experience in healthcare or life sciences
    • Programming skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, or related languages.
    • Experience with 21CFR Part 11 software validation 
    • Experience with master data management approaches, tools and design patterns.
