    The Position

     

    We are looking for a full time Automation System Analyst, experience with automation or IT projects in highly regulated environements is preferable. Position is exempt, with a competitive salary.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties:

     

    • Provide support for integration of fulfillment system to other enterprise systems.
    • Provide support of integration of fulfillment system to automation.
    • Gain solid understanding of the business process, workflows and data.
    • Work closely with day to day operations to solve problems and seek improvements.
    • Work with vendor to define requirements for new software.
    • Gather requirements, design and deploy functionality to meet business requirements.
    • Assist in technical specifications and other deliverable documents.
    • Develop test cases and plans to complete the unit testing.
    • Provide on-call support for production applications.
    • Develop a deep understanding of applications and integration and bring issues to resolution.
    • Monitor application performance and improve response times.
    • Configure application for the best performance.
    • Plan for and apply application software patches.

    Education/Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred

    Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

     

    Experience

    • 1 to 2 years experience supporting packaged applications/experience in automation/experience in robotics
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
    • Excellent knowledge of hardware, Windows, network and communications, multi-tiered architecture and applications.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Collaborates effectively and excels in a team environment.
    • Strong potential of learning in a fast paced environment.
