    Essential Position Duties:

    Your primary responsibility will be for the coordination and completion of all administrative functions in support of the project manager. In addition, you are responsible for overall management of multi-site clinical studies.

    • Provides administrative support for effective Clinical Trial Core Team Operations
    • Coordinates meetings, study specific training in iLearn, optimizes tracking, and filing processes
    • Study Plans, eTMF document upload, and original document management
    • Coordinates eTMF quality reviews
    • CTMS/eTMF setup per BP&S standards and CTMS updating
    • Conduct CTMS Data Monitoring
    • Develop Protocol Tools and Inv Training
    • Management of Regulatory Binders
    • Grant EDC access, and permissions to other study required systems
    • Lead eTMF Audit Readiness
    • Handle payments per Global Finance standards
    • ADI Logs and/or minutes, and Tracker management
    • Oversee Study/Sponsor Specific Training in iLearn
    • Performs other duties as assigned by management to support study teams needing collaborative support

     

     

    Education/Qualifications

    Education:

    • University/college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession (i.e. nursing, medical or laboratory technology), in lieu of a college degree you may have additional direct industry experience

    • 0-2 years of relevant industry experience
    • Additional experience may be substituted for education requirement
