  • Job Overview

    HRIS

     

    • Initiates the review and analysis of information and makes recommendations on system and process changes.
    • Sets up and runs complex processes and systems.
    • Performs data extracts, generates data reports for various stakeholders.
    • Manages all HR data and reporting for various HR Partnering projects

     

    Education/Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Two years of professional level experience in applicable human resources area

    • Human resources principles and practices in assigned area of responsibility;
    • Applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, codes, and/or statutes;
    • Research methodologies;
    • Statistical computations;
    • Employee relations principles and practices;
    • Customer service principles.

     

     

    Experience

     

    • Proficient in Excel and creating pivot tables etc.
    • Conducting studies and preparing sound recommendations;
    • Analyzing and interpreting policies, practices, and procedures;
    • Preparing written reports and business correspondence;
    • Maintaining confidentiality;
    • Speaking in public;
    • Conducting research, analyzing information and data, and presenting findings in a concise format;
    • Resolving conflict;
    • Mediating difficult situations;
    • Working with diverse academic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students and staff;
    • Utilizing computer technology used for communication, data gathering and reporting;
    • Communicating effectively through oral and written mediums.
