    We are seeking a Pharmacokineticist to join our team in Madison, WI. We may consider remote based depending upon level of experience

    This role:

    • Designs protocols, prepare reports and carry out kinetic analysis of toxicokinetic, PK/bioavailability/bioequivalence studies.
    • Prepares protocols for, and carry out, kinetic analysis and PK/PD analysis
    • Performs complex modeling work related to studies PK/PD, PBPK, and other translational modeling as needed.
    • Consults with clients to determine their needs and to suggest/guide plans to accomplish these needs.
    • Participates in appropriate client visits.


    What we’re looking for in you:

    • Working knowledge of WinNonlin and PK/PD software programs.
    • Experience in PBPK and GastroPlus is desirable.
    • Prior PK/PD correlation experience in a pharma setting is preferred.
    • PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacology or related field Masters and 4 + years experience.

    • PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacology or related field Masters and 4 + years experience.
    • Experience may be substituted for education

    Ability to conduct literature review.

    Skilled in data interpretation and report writing for studies.

    Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation, including GC/MS, HPLC and LC/MS.

    Skilled in customer service communication.



    • Working knowledge of WinNonlin, Gastroplus and PK/PD software programs and familiarity with SAS.
    • Knowledge of bioanalytical methods and statistics.
    • Skilled in writing reports/summarization and data interpretation for regulatory agencies.
    • Demonstrate ability for logical thinking, vision, and creativity necessary to function effectively with little structure or supervision.
    • Skilled in performing scientific presentations and preparing scientific publications.
    • Experience in NONMEM is desirable
