    We are currently hiring an Operations Coordinator for our pharmacology site in Madison, WI!


    The person will assist the Clinical Research Coordinator with their responsibilities and act as their back-up as needed.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Assist in creation of source documents, labels, study schedules and study specific instructions
    • Order supplies/equipment and dietary needs for assigned studies
    • Coordinate tasks related to participant check in and discharge and may assist with resolution of participant issues
    • Complete sample shipment documentation as necessary
    • Assist with the compilation of protocol and SOP deviations


    • University / college degree (Life Science, Pharmacy or related subject preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., Nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology)
    • In lieu of a degree, typically 1 year of experience in related field (e.g., pharmaceutical, laboratory, or data analysis) will be considered in addition to the experience requirement


    • Typically 6 – 12 months of professional work experience
    • Experience in clinical research is preferred
    • Basic knowledge of computer and programs (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel)
    • Knowledge of drug development process, ICH guidelines & GCP
